Warranty Policy

The majority of products sold at Ground Wire Computer if found defective need to be returned to our shop in Nadi, please contact us if you are uncertain of this procedure before retuning your goods.  If the products you have purchased are covered by a local manufacturers warranty you will have to contact them and arrange the necessary return particulars. We also recommend checking your warranty registration cards for terms and conditions; in most cases they should have the appropriate numbers and details for your return.

On Site Service

provided by manufacturers warranty Refers to the pickup service warranted by the manufacturers agent to pick up your faulty goods located within your metropolitan area.  Please note if you are located outside of the manufacturers or agents covered area you will have to arrange the delivery and return of your goods.

Limited Warranty

We provide a 1 year return to base limited warranty that applies to the date of purchase on your tax invoice.  The limited warranty applies to new computer parts and systems only.Our 14 day replacement policy is only applicable to faulty computer parts and does not include computer systems or consumable goods i.e. printers.  It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the correct goods are ordered.  All goods sold are non refundable after 14 days of the invoice.  Restocking charges of 10% apply to goods returned within 14 days of the invoice date.


Extent of Limited Warranty

We are not responsible for any software conflicts

caused by hardware purchased from Ground Wire Computers.  The warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use and does not

apply to:

-Improper or inadequate maintenance

-Interfacing not supplied by Ground Wire computer

-Unauthorized modification or misuse

-Operation outside the products environment specifications

-Improper site preparation or maintenance



Warranty procedures RA/RMA

Repair or replacement of faulty parts or computer systems.

Funds returned will be of current estimated market value of the computer components not of the original purchase price

Note: Warranty period is from the original purchase date and is not extendable if the product is repaired or has been replaced.


Obtaining warranty service

Faulty products (not including products covered by manufacturers warranty)  that need to be sent to DHL or UPS any posting servicing

Along with 
1. Your name, address and telephone number.
2. Proof of purchase. i.e. tax invoice.
3. Problem description or explanation

Please note : Return and delivery of goods are at the customers expense.


Ground Wire Computers custom built computers contain absolutely NO used or refurbished components.

(1) Ground Wire Computers reserves the right to void  the warranty of any computer (s) or computer component (s) it sells or services if any of the following conditions are met;

(2) Physical damage has occurred due to misuse, being dropped, electrical surge, water, any act of God, or lack of user knowledge.

(3) The components have been removed or otherwise tampered with by anyone other than a qualified Ground Wire computers technician.

 (4) Components have been over clocked or otherwise modified to exceed the performance levels recommended by the manufacturers specifications and original packaging.  

(5) Component failure is due to dust, insufficient cooling, or any improper use of the product.

(6) Component failure due to modification by flashing, or other update process.

(7) Component failure due to lack of general maintenance. Ground wire computers  is not responsible for damage to your computer or stored data from the use of any software product whether installed by Ground Wire Computers or by you, software issues are not covered under any Ground Wire computers warranty.

(8) Ground Wire Computers is not responsible for any expense incurred by you as a result of computer repair or modification, by Ground Wire Computers or any other repair depot. On site service does not apply to warranty issues, and may require that you return the unit.


Components ordered through our web site:-

All components ordered through Ground Wire computers - shipped or picked up - must be warranted in accordance with the manufacturers policy

Ground Wire Computers  will not ship or act on behalf of either party regarding warranty or performance issues.

Ground Wire Computers will not incur any expense regarding warranty issues for items purchased through us

Any item order through us should be confirmed and once the payment is received the merchandise would be send or called in for pickup.
